Dear Forest Hills Ranger Community,

It continues to be an incredible honor to serve the Forest Hills School District—a place I have proudly called home for nearly twenty-nine years. As a dedicated member of the Ranger family, I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside exceptional students, committed educators, supportive families, and a community grounded in tradition, pride, and excellence.

As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, our work is guided by the theme “Building Hope. Growing Learners. Strengthening Our Ranger Community.” At Forest Hills, hope is more than optimism. It is the belief that the future can be better and that every student and staff member can identify meaningful goals, develop pathways to achieve them, overcome obstacles, and access the support needed to grow.

Our green-and-gold spirit represents the unity, resilience, and determination that define the Forest Hills community. Whether our students are learning in the classroom, performing on the stage, exploring career opportunities, competing on the field, or serving their community, we want every Ranger to feel known, valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Through our Future-Ready Ranger initiative, we remain committed to preparing students for careers, college, and life beyond graduation. By connecting strong academic instruction with career exploration, work-based learning, leadership opportunities, and meaningful community partnerships, we are helping students develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience necessary to pursue their individual goals.

Our District’s goals for the 2026–2027 school year reflect this commitment:

Goal 1: School Safety – To create, maintain, and continually improve a safe, secure, supportive, and hope-centered learning environment for all students and staff.

Goal 2: Learners’ Experience and Academic Growth – To ensure every student experiences high-quality instruction, meaningful engagement, and measurable academic growth through an aligned curriculum, explicit instructional practices, responsive supports, and opportunities that prepare students to be career-, college-, and future-ready.

Goal 3: Culture – To build and sustain a positive, welcoming, collaborative, and hope-centered school culture where all students and staff feel safe, connected, valued, and empowered to grow.

The strength of Forest Hills continues to be its people—the students who inspire us, the staff members who challenge and support them, the families who partner with us, and the community that proudly stands behind our schools. Together, we will continue to create pathways for success, help one another overcome challenges, and ensure that every Ranger has reason to look toward the future with confidence and hope.
