Parent Code of Conduct

The Forest Hills School District requires all parents/guardians

to read the entire PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT

 prior to your student-athlete being permitted to participate in a

school-sponsored sport.

 

Parents/guardians must review and acknowledge acceptance of this

Code of Conduct when registering their student-athlete in FamilyID.
