Districtwide Safety and Emergency Preparedness
By June 30, 2026, the Assistant Superintendent will collaborate with school administrators, law enforcement, and community agencies to evaluate current safety procedures, recommend enhancements to the Superintendent and Board, and implement a framework for continuous monitoring and integration of best practices in school safety and emergency preparedness.

Career and College Readiness Expansion
By June 30, 2026, the Assistant Superintendent will lead efforts to expand and refine career and college readiness programming by embedding Future-Ready Ranger employability skills into PreK–12 instruction, establishing strategic partnerships with business, industry, and higher education, and developing a vertically aligned curriculum that supports students’ successful transition into the workforce or postsecondary education.

This will include goal setting, regular performance check-ins, feedback loops, and leadership development aligned with the district’s strategic priorities.

By June 30, 2026, the Assistant Superintendent will guide the district’s use of data to inform programmatic decisions and instructional practices. This includes conducting comprehensive program evaluations, identifying instructional gaps, and leveraging data analytics to implement and monitor evidence-based strategies that support improved student achievement.
ELA and Math Curriculum Alignment (Grades 3–8)By June 30, 2026, the Assistant Superintendent will guide the district’s use of data to inform programmatic decisions and instructional practices. This includes conducting comprehensive program evaluations, identifying instructional gaps, and leveraging data analytics to implement and monitor evidence-based strategies that support improved student achievement.
By June 30, 2026, the Assistant Superintendent will oversee the continued alignment and refinement of the ELA and math curriculum for grades 3–8. This process will ensure vertical coherence, integration of Pennsylvania Core Standards, and support for differentiated instruction through collaboration with instructional leaders and classroom educators.
