By June 30, 2025, after engaging with school leaders, law enforcement, and community partners, the District Superintendent will evaluate and propose to the District Superintendent and Board a thorough set of safety measures while establishing a framework for ongoing monitoring and implementing best practices.

By June 30, 2025, the District Superintendent will strategically collaborate with District stakeholders to enhance the career and life readiness of students transitioning to the workforce. This will be achieved through developing a career and college readiness curriculum, implementing the Future-Ready Ranger employability skills in our PreK-12 curriculum, and establishing partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, postsecondary institutions, and economic and workforce development partners.

By June 30, 2025, the District Superintendent will implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance school culture, retain current staff, and attract new talent. This will include developing targeted marketing campaigns highlighting the district’s strengths, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing and rewarding staff achievements.

By June 30, 2025, the District Superintendent will align the District's educational programming with its core focus, emphasizing data-informed decision-making. This will involve conducting a comprehensive review of current programs, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement, and implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance student outcomes. Regular assessments and data reviews will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the District’s goals.

By June 30, 2025, the District Superintendent will implement strategies and systems to recognize staff achievements, deliver a data-driven State of Forest Hills address to highlight district progress and set future goals, and expand public relations efforts while fostering partnerships to strengthen community engagement and support.
