Superintendent Objective Performance Measures

2023-2024

The District Superintendent in collaboration with the administrative cabinet will propose strategies to enhance and sustain the district's educational and extra-curricular facilities by June 30, 2024, or earlier.  

The District Superintendent will work with the administrative team to promote fiscal responsibility and ensure the availability of core educational and extra-curricular programming, with a deadline of June 30, 2024, or earlier.

The District Superintendent will strive to strengthen the district's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and technology integration, and may propose additions or improvements to the district's technology plan on or before June 30, 2024.

The District Superintendent will work to enhance organizational management through the oversight of staffing and staff responsibilities while providing support, direction, and guidance for new District  initiatives.
