Congratulations to Forest Hills freshman Emmi Martin, winner of Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District Art Competition! Her mixed-media piece, Defining "Man," honoring Abraham Lincoln, will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
Selected by a panel of art professionals, Emmi’s work marks only the second time a Forest Hills student has received this honor. She created the piece with guidance from Mrs. Cecere and Mrs. Hershberger and will be recognized at a reception in Washington, D.C.
