    For many years, Forest Hills High School and its precursor high schools have produced outstanding graduates who have achieved great things. The Forest Hills Alumni Association is now seeking nominations for the 2022 Distinguished Alumni Award. This award was created in 2008 and is our way to showcase the greatness that has come out of the Forest Hills School District.

    For an individual to be considered for this award, the following nomination materials must be received by the Forest Hills School District, Alumni Association Secretary, PO Box 290, 547 Locust St, Sidman PA 15955 by April 30, 2022.

    A panel of judges will evaluate each nomination. No more than four winners will be chosen in any selection period. Nominations will remain active for two selection periods. The chosen honorees will be invited to attend an Alumni Awards Weekend in the fall of 2022.
